Arched doors open straight onto the garden and pool
Villa Oliviers is a two-storey villa with 230 m² of living space, set on a flat, fenced 1,600 m² plot with its own gate inside the Domaine du Parc de Beauvallon, an estate guarded around the clock.
Tall arched doors open from the living room and bedrooms onto the terrace, the lawn and the pool. Inside, oak beams, pale stone floors and linen give the rooms a calm, bright feel.
Living
A double-height sitting room with oak beams, an open fireplace and two sofas facing the garden through wide glass doors. Next door, a separate TV room makes a cool retreat in the afternoon heat, or a place for film nights. The open kitchen has a pantry, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, with bar seating for morning coffee.
Bedrooms
Four air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two upstairs, each with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, some with linen canopies. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom in pale stone with a walk-in rain shower, and arched doors open to the garden or a balcony looking over the vines.
Outside
A heated 12 × 4 m pool, up to 1.5 m deep, with a stepped entry, a cover, an outdoor shower, eight loungers and two parasols. A covered terrace with lounge seating, a garden table for eight and a Weber charcoal barbecue are set up for long lunches, and there's a boules court, badminton and a climbing frame with a slide and swing for children.

On the Beauvallon estate, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez
The villa is in Grimaud, inside the gated Domaine du Parc de Beauvallon on the grounds of the Beauvallon golf club. The estate has its own private beach with a restaurant, reached on foot through a tunnel under the coast road, and two loungers are kept for you there every day. There's also a tennis court within the estate.
Saint-Tropez harbour and the beach clubs of Pampelonne are a short drive away. Closer by are the lanes and castle ruins of medieval Grimaud, the seafront at Sainte-Maxime, and water-skiing and windsurfing at Port Grimaud.
